Potatoes are considered as heart healthy food because they are rich in potassium, vitamin C, and fibers.
Steps

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes

Add the potato cubes on pot and add little amount of water, then set it on fire.

Add the blended tomato, pepper, onion, oil and you stir
- 4
Add up maggi cubes, grounded crayfish, and curry powder.
- 5
Allow the potatoes to cook well and turn off fire.
