Season fish with a spice rub. (black pepper, paprika)

Heat oil in a pan. Season with thyme and salt, add fish and brown both sides and put aside.

Saute onions in the same pan, add fish masala then tomato puree and stock cube. Make a thick sauce then add dhania(I didn't have any so used Oregano.

Add a dollop of cream, stir then add fish. Let it cook for a minute.

Serve hot. Recipe applies to any kind of fish.
