  • Green and red bell peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Minced garlic
  • Minced shallots
  • Soy sauce, seasoning, sugar, oyster sauce, bouillon powder, MSG, etc

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the beef and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Marinate with seasoning, bouillon powder, black pepper, oyster sauce, and other spices.

  2. 2

    Sauté garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

  3. 3

    In another pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, add the beef, and stir-fry until cooked. Add the cooked bell peppers to the beef, stir until everything is well combined and heated through, then turn off the heat. Plate and garnish as desired.
