10-12 servings
  • 150 gmsbesan powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 5-8 piecescashew nuts
  • 5-8pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a non-stick pan and pour 1/2 cup of ghee and keep the stove at sim.

  2. 2

    Now add besan powder 1 cup and stir it until it becomes a paste.

  3. 3

    Now off the stove and add sugar powder 1: 1/2 cup and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now make round even balls from it and our besan ladoo is ready
