Ingredients

  • 500 gmsbeef
  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Onions chopped
  • Garlic chopped
  • Ginger chopped
  • Beef stock 1trs
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Hit your pan to medium heat put your cooking oil, then your beef then stir, season your beef with salt too. And cook it for 5mins

  2. 2

    Add your chopped onions, garlic, ginger then stir it for 3mins, after it have coat on the beef add your chopped tomatoes and your beef stock and let it cook for 25-30mins.

  3. 3

    Add your chopped coriander then check your season before you serve.
