Take 5 potatoes, Peel them slice it and wash them, keep aside on muslin or cotton cloth for 20-30 minutes.

Heat the oil for dip frying.

Dip fry potato slices till they are crispy.

Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.

Garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve with sauce.
