Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the onions and set aside a small portion for later.

Grind the meat using a food processor or meat grinder.

In a pot, heat oil and fry the almonds and cashews until golden, then set them aside.

After soaking the bulgur, place it in a large bowl and mix it with the kibbeh meat and the reserved chopped onions. Add salt, spices, and chopped marjoram. Knead the mixture well.

Once the mixture holds together, spread a layer in a greased baking dish (brushed with a little oil and ghee). Meanwhile, sauté the onions and add the ground meat and fried almonds for the filling. Spread the filling over the first layer, then cover with the remaining kibbeh mixture. Cut into desired shapes, garnish with cashews, and bake in the oven.
