  • 1 cupblack lentils
  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupbeetroot juice
  • 2potetoes
  • 2eggs
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Pinchkasturi methi
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 3 tspoil
  • PinchFenugreek seed
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the lentils and rice for 5 hour.After 5 hour make paste of lentils,rice,salt, fenugreek seed and beetroot.make dosa with a pan. Brush little oil in pan while making dosa

    For masala heat oil in a pan.add onion fry for a while then add chopped potatoes, tomato and all masala cook for 3 minutes.serve with dosa.
