Ingredients

  • Icing sugar
  • Egg white
  • Lemon fresh
  • Lemon zest flavor
  • Lemon green food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl using hand mixer beat egg white untill peak,be adding icing sugar while u mix untill thick

  2. 2

    Add lemon/lime juice to lighten the thickness

  3. 3

    Add lemon zest flavor,add a drop of lemon green food colour mix well

  4. 4

    Be dipping ur doughnuts in to the mixture (one side only)and garnish with some slice if lemon or lime and enjoy.
