Steps

Coarsely grind together rice and coconut. Add 1-cup water and grind into a smooth batter. Transfer in a bowl.

Add some more water and salt to the batter and mix well to get a thin and smooth batter.

Heat a non stick pan and grease it some oil. Pour a ladle full of batter and swirl if required to make a thin disc. Cover and cook from one side for 1-2mintutes. Drizzle some oil and fold it into triangle.

Serve hot with sambhar and green coconut chutney.and garlic chutney.
