Ingredients

  • 1 bowlleftover rice
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • leavesFew curry
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspjeera seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves and saute till they crackle. Then add onions,green chillies and saute till translucent

    Add the rice mix it well. Cover and cook on medium flame fr 5 to 7 mins. Lastly add the coriander leaves mix it and serve
