Sometime for snacking or meal time I like to eat some steamed tofu or dumpling. And I like to enjoy it with spicy dipping sauce. So here is my favorite dipping sauce that I often made. It’s very easy yet delicious.

Sometime for snacking or meal time I like to eat some steamed tofu or dumpling. And I like to enjoy it with spicy dipping sauce. So here is my favorite dipping sauce that I often made. It’s very easy yet delicious.

Ingredients

  1. Soy sauce
  2. Sesame oil (not too much, just for flavoring)
  3. Sesame seeds
  4. Cayenne pepper (powder)
  5. Ginger powder (you can use fresh grated ginger)
  6. Chilli flakes/chopped fresh chilli (optional)
  7. Chopped green onion
  8. Pinchchicken/mushroom powder (optional)
  9. Lemon juice (not too much, optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and stir well. And it’s done!

    It’s very easy right? And you can enjoy it along with steam tofu, broccoli, eggplants, dumpling, or even for shabu-shabu (hot pot). So give it try!
