Ingredients

  • 100 ggiant cous
  • 50 gspinach
  • 75 gif chickpeas
  • 25 gfeta or goats cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken or veg stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook cous cous in stock and add turmeric. Drain and cool down

  2. 2

    Chop up spinach, half blackberries and crumble cheese

    Mix it all up adding olive oil. Check seasoning

  4. 4

    I had mine served warm with smoked goose breast and blackberry and port sauce
