Gather your ingredients and tools

In a large bowl,mix in milk, yeast and 2 tbsp of sugar. Cover for ten min or until it froths.

Add in eggs, flour and the leftover sugar. Mix until well combined.

Mix in the butter until well combined.

Knead the dough on a slightly floured surface until smooth and not sticky.

Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rest for 40 min. Allow it to rise.

For the filling mix the butter, cinnamon and sugar together to create a paste.

Grease your baking tin

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling paste on the rectangular dough.

Roll up the dough into a tight log and cut into rolls.

Place the rolls in the baking tin and cover. Let it rest in a warm place for about an hour.

Preheat oven @180°c. Place the baking tin in the oven and let it bake for 30 min or until lightly browned.

Remove, allow to cool. Enjoy them as they are or spread some icing on them. You can have them with a cup of tea or a glass of juice.
