The title says it all. Trying to use whatever ingredients I had while practicing social distancing. It's definitely not a thick drink, but very refreshing and light in flavor!

1 cupfresh spinach, loosely packed
1 cupcoconut water
1.5 cupsice cubes
1banana, cut in slices
2 Tbsphoney
3 cupsprepackaged small Mandarin oranges, drained

Steps

Add all ingredients into regular blender or Nutri Ninja Blender.

Blend for 30-45 seconds (on Nutri Ninja, press Frozen Drinks Smoothies Auto IQ button).

Pour into glass and enjoy!

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
