Ingredients

  • 1cucumber
  • 1new onion
  • 1 piecebig cabbage leaf
  • 1/3 cupEdamame peas or chickpeas
  • 1/2apple
  • 2 tablespoondried grapes
  • 1.5 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • pepper

Steps

    Slice vegetables and put salt. Wait for the water is coming out.

    Wash cucumber, cabbage and onion in water and squeeze very tight. Cut apple thinly.

    Mix dressing ingredients.
