Pre heat oven to 400° Brown ground beef with chopped onion.

Boil rice for about 10 minutes.

Drain rice

Add rice to cooked meat and onions.

Stir evenly. Cover let simmer until ready to add to peppers.

Rince peppers, cut top off.

Clean seeds out. Rince out the inside.

If necessary cut small slices of bottom of peppers to allow them to stand without falling over.

Pour 1 can tomato sauce into baking dish. Leave a little to pour over top.

Stuff peppers with meat and rice mixture.

Pour remaining tomato sauce on top of peppers. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake on 400° for 50-60 min or so... until peppers are tender. Pour some of the juice on top.
