Ingredients

40 - 45 min
about 4 serving
  • 100 ggrated carrots (1 medium carrot)
  • 2riped bananas
  • 100 gsoft prunes
  • 50 goats
  • 3medium eggs
  • 30 gchopped walnuts
  • 1 tspmixed spice
  • 10 gflax seeds
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

40 - 45 min
  1. 1

    Get all ingridients ready and blend them in food processor

  2. 2

    Bake in 150 ° C in bread tin that is lined with baking paper

  3. 3

    After checking if middle bit is cooked leave to rest and cool down

    I always have mine with peanut butter. It makes perfect healthy sweet snack
