Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2Nellika (amla) lemon sized
  • 1/2 lemon sizedTamarind
  • 2 teaspoonRasam powder
  • 1 pinchHing
  • As per taste Salt
  • FewCurry leaves
  • Handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp eachOil and mustard seeds for tadka

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the nellika as shown and boil till is soft. Add tamarind water, rasam powder, turmeric powder, salt curry leaves and bring to boil.

    Add cooked toor dhal water and coriander leaves and tadka. Rasam ready.
