Wash cat fish with water and vinegar

Add the ginger powder, fish and meat spice, blended pepper, onion mix, Tumeric powder

Add the seasonings and salt as required and some oil too. now add small amount of water. Stir a buy without smudging the fish and cover the pot to cook for 10-15minutes (depends sha)
