(On first day morning) Mix rice, dal and keep it under water for 1 day

Make pieces of flat cake

(On first day night) Then make paste in mixer while adding water

Add salt, haldi, curd 2 big spoons, eno 1 teaspoon then mix it

(On next day morning) add 1 teaspoon eno and mix it properly

Take oil in dhokla making pan and pour mix into it.

Simultaneously add water to shell and add lime to it.

Now put pans in to shell and cook for 15 minutes

Make pieces of flat cake

Take oil and rai in one utensil and do vaghar of pieces of dhokla

Dhokla is ready!!!!
