2 bowlspotatoes
As per taste salt
1/2 tspcumin powder
as required wheat dough
as required oil
1/2 tspajwain seeds

Take a bowl add aloo salt, ajwain take a small dough roll with rolling pin.
2

Grease with oil add stuffed aloo and carefully roll with rolling pin like chapati.
3

Take a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the puri. Puri is ready to serve.
