Ingredients

  • 1 cupSprouted Green Peas(Blanched)
  • 1 tspGreen Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspGinger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspMustard
  • 1 tspUrad dal
  • 2 tbspCoconut Scrapped
  • 1 tbspOil
  • as per tasteSalt
  • FewCurry leaves
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard, urad dal and curry leaves. Add the finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute for a second.

    Add the blanched and sprouted green peas. Add salt and cook for few minutes.

    Finally add fresh coconut and give it a quick mix. Add lemon juice and switch off the flame. Serve hot.

    Note : You can use normal or sprouted peas for the same recipe. Kala Chana, Chole, Green Gram, Bengal Gram etc are some which can be used for same recipe.
