Peel off potatoes and grate all the boiled potatoes.

Heat a nonstick kadhai, add ghee when ghee melted, add grated potatoes. Stir fry potatoes till they turn light brown on medium. flame.

Keep stirring on medium flame. Cook it about 7 to 8 minutes continues stirring the halwa till the ghee started floating.

Fry till the potatoes light brown, add cardamom m, sugar.Mix well.
- 5
Cook halwa till it turn thick and keep stirring, add coconut powder.Give a quick mix. Turn off the flame. Navratri aloo halwa is ready to eat. Enjoy!!!
