Steps

At first pour the maida or atta in container and add some warm water.

Mix the water until it becomes a thik paste. Add some salt (you can add also little bit of sugar if you want).

When the mixture become thik put it aside and cut the vegetables like onion, carrots, tomatoes etc.

Now add the vegetables with mixture.

Lit up the oven, put 2-3 table spoon vegetable oil and heat it up.

You need a cup here. Take some mixture and pour it. You can see the mixture takes the shape of container and leave it for couple of minutes.

You can see the mixture become crispy slightly. Then you have to toss it and cook other side. Toss it carefully.

When it cooked from both sides, take another cup of mixture and make it Gola Rooti.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or anything else you like.
