Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 lbSeafood Mix
  2. 1/2 lbShrimp
  3. 1/2 cupBlue Band Butter
  4. 1 1/2cp Rum (I used Cavalier)
  5. 1 tspSea Salt
  6. 1 tspCajun
  7. 1 tspGrounded Black Pepper
  8. 2 tspCayenne Pepper
  9. 1/2Chopped Onion
  10. 4Chopped Garlic

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add Seafood mix and Shrimp alone with Salt, Cajun, Black Pepper and Cayenne. Let marinate for 5 minutes

    In a non-stick pan put Butter, Onion and Garlic to heat under medium heat.

    When butter has melted add the Rum and let simmer until onions and Garlic are slightly golden

  4. 4

    Add Seafood mixture and let simmer for 7-10 minutes.

    Serve as desire🥰🤤🤤
