Ingredients

2 - 4 servings
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 2red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions, heat olive oil in pan, add onions, cook 1-2 minutes until translucent

  2. 2

    Chop peppers, add with garlic, pepper to pan, cook 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally

  3. 3

    Add eggs, cook 3 - 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
