Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Beat the butter in stand mixer on medium high speed until in turn smooth(about 2 minutes). Now add peanut butter and beat again. Add vanilla essence, salt and icing sugar and beat on slow speed to mix up everything. Melt chocolate and oil together in a deep bowl. You can do it in microwave or using double boiler method. Let it stand for 2-5 minutes after melting. Remove peanut butter balls from refrigerator and dip each ball in melted chocolate one by one with the help of a fork and place them again on lined tray. Decorate the truffles with some sprinklers if you like while the chocolate is still wet. Keep them again in refrigerator to set for 30-40 minutes. These truffles can be kept in an air tight
