Ingredients

  1. Halfa bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
  2. 6frozen dumplings
  3. 2 tbspgochujang
  4. 1 tspgochugaru
  5. 2 cupschicken broth (or anchovy kelp broth if you have it)
  6. 1 tspcornstarch
  7. 1/2 tbspsugar
  8. 1 slicecheddar cheese
  9. Green onions
  10. Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry or boil the gnocchi and dumplings. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Combine the gochujang, gochugaru, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth to same pan and boil on medium-high heat. Stir in the paste from step 2 and dissolve. (I used about half of the paste bc I like spicy but not too spicy!)

  4. 4

    Add ingredients from step 1 back to the pan and the green onions. Stir in the cornstarch to make the sauce thick.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat, add your slice of cheese and some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
