Gather the ingredients

Diseed pomegranate

In a medium heavy bottomed nonstick pan set over medium high heat combine the pomegranate juice sugar and lemon juice bring to simmer while stirring to dissolve the sugar

Lower the heat making sure to maintain a gentle simmer cook uncovered stirring periodically until the mixture is syrup and coats the back of your spoon and reduces to between 1/4 cup allow to cool in the pan for 20/30 minutes than transfer it to a clean glass jar cover and store in refrigerator for up to a month

You can use it best on 1) drizzle over roasted vegetables 2)stir into yogurt 3) spoon over icecream 4) use a mixture for cocktail and mocktails it is up to you 😊
