A one-pot dish that's simple and delicious.

Heat a pan and add some vegetable oil and a bit of butter.

Sprinkle a little salt on both sides of the chicken, then place the chicken in the pan. Sear each side for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Add chopped onion, sliced garlic, and orzo to the pan and sauté briefly.

Add chicken broth and white wine.

Add canned tomatoes.

Return the chicken from step 1 to the pan. Sprinkle with herbs and black pepper.

When the liquid is reduced by half, add the broccoli and continue cooking until the liquid is fully absorbed. Serve the entire pot directly at the table.
