Ingredients

  • 250 gcut small dice vegetables, cucumber, eggplant, Nagaimo potato, ginger, okra, Nyoga (Japanese ginger), radish sprouts....any vegetables of your leftover
  • 1.5 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • sesame

    These are ingredients. You can use boiling soaked dice potato. I think mini tomato and broccoli are nice for this salad.
