Dough put salt and oil in the flour. Mix well. Now 3 portions of flour. 1 me green colour add kar ke knead kar lain. Dosry me red colour add kar ke knead kar lain. 3rd one is white.

Fillin. Heat the ghee. Put cardemom. Add semolina and cook. Add coconut and badam pista and mix. Last add augar and mix. Off the flame.

Niw take the small balls. Of three colors. Roll it thin. Now take white roti. Other two roties cut into strips. Take red strips and put on the white part. Now take green strip alternate to red stripe. And go on. Now cut the all into circle. Put the filling and close the shape. Like half moon. Fry it on low medium flames for 5 minutes. Ready.
