Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupself rising flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupfull fat milk
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/4tspn baking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2baking powder
  • Handfulrainsins

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix eggs, oil and sugar.

    Add in another bowl mix all dry ingredients and sieve

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add raisins.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
