In a bowl, combine the flour with the sunflower oil, water, and white wine. Mix well and knead until a dough forms.

Add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Knead again until you have a smooth ball of dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Place it on a sheet of parchment paper. For the filling, add hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and tomato sauce.

Place another layer of dough on top and seal the edges with a fork. Brush the top with beaten egg and prick it with a fork. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes.
