  • 1 (4 oz)ripe banana
  • 1egg
  • 1egg white
  • 2 tbscoconut flour
  • 1 tbsflax meal
  • 1 tbspsyllium husk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1 tbszen basil seeds - optional

    Mix together all ingredients

    Fold in chocolate chips

    Bake 25 min at 350 degrees F.
