Ingredients

  1. 5-6 cupsFruit
  2. 3/4 cupGranulated sugar
  3. 1 tbspLemon juice
  4. 4 tspCornstarch
  5. 1/2 tspCoarse salt
  6. 3 tbspButter
  7. 1 tspCinnamon (optional, i.e. peach pie)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan.

    Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally, until you have a thick and syrupy consistency.

  3. 3

    Pour into prepared pie crust, ready for baking.

  4. 4

    Follow the recipe for the crust you’re using for the recommended temperature and bake times.
