Grate the peeled beet roots.

Put the beet root in a pressure cooker and add milk to it, close the lid put on the whistle and keep it on a small burner.

Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and turn off the flame.

Once the pressure is released, take a pan add ghee to it and put cooked beet root then add sugar, cardamom powder and stir continuously, then it will take more than 1/2 hour to get ready.

Once ready add fried cashews for garnish and serve, delicious halwa is ready.
