Wash legs and keep it aside. Heat oil in a cooker add ginger and garlic fry till raw smell goes off. Add leg pieces, salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper, cinnamon and clove powder and fry in medium flame for 5 minutes. Add curry leaves.

Add 1 handful of coriander leaves and 4 cups of water. Close the lid and cook for 10-12 whistles

After pressure goes open and cook on medium flame. Add remaining pepper powder and coriander leaves, cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Separate soup from pieces, serve soup hot and use pieces to make curry by adding masala.
