  • 1-1/2 cupBoiled Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • 1/2 cupTahini paste
  • 1/3 cupWater
  • Salt/pepper a pinch or as required

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a chopper.
    Run the chopper until you get a paste.
    Done.

    To make homemade tahini paste. Dry roast 1/4 cup sesame seeds. Make a paste with extra virgin olive oil. Done
