  • Handfulspring onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 2 tbspsoyasauce
  • 2 tbsphot sauce
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 2 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspcrushed red pepper
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper

    Heat oil in a wok. Fry the garlic. Add all vegetables. Add soyasauce, hot sauce and vinegar.
