Eik Large Wok mie ginger, garlic paste, salt or turmeric daalien or 2 glass water daal kar wok cover kar ke pakny dein. (Takes about 1 hour on medium low flame).

Jab Trotters phool Jaye to, oil, chilli powder and coriander powder daal kar achi terhan bhoon lien.

Jab oil oper aany lggy to Hasbe zarorat pani dalien. (I M using 4 glass water).

Or slow medium to low flame par mazeed 1 hour tak pakayien. Jab Trotters achi terha gall Jaye or oil surface par a Jaye to Garam masala sprinkle kar lien.

Tasty beef Trotters ready Hain. Serve with Khameeri roti, naan and enjoy.
