For the dough, mix flour with baking powder and oil.

Add water to the flour to make dough. Knead the dough until it’s become soft

For the fillings: shred fried fish add scotch bonnet, seasoning and paprika to it

Roll the dough on rolling board and add the fish at the edge of the dough and then roll it

Cut the rolled dough and bake
