Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/2 cupFrench beans
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1/2 cupcauliflower
  • 1/4 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupsoya chunks
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1bay leaf
  • to tasteSalt,
  • 1 sachetMaggi masala magic
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add bay leaf and sliced onions. Meanwhile chop all vegetables into small pieces and keep aside.

    Sauté the onions till they are brown.

    Add all the chopped vegetables and sauté them.

    Add boiled soya chunks and sauté them well.

    Add washed and soaked rice, salt and Maggi masala magic sachet and mix well.

    Add adequate water and mix and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    Open the cooker when steam goes off and serve with curd and pickle of your choice.
