Peel you potatoes wash them and slice them in the shape you want for me I have slice in circular

Branch the sliced potatoes for two min and add a pitch of salt

Then drain the water and put some old water in the potatoes to stop them from over cook

Put cooking oil to be hot then you start to deep fry the potatoes that is the roast potatoes till they are crispy they now ready

Kachumbari slice your onion, tomatoes, cucumba, dhania cupscim coloured and combine them in the bowl

Castor milk two cups of milk, six tbs of sugar

Put one cup 11/2cup milk in the cooker to bring to boil keep on stirring so that it does not have a layer

The half cup milk reaming add the two tbs of Castor mix till it combine with milk well has no lumps

Pour you mixed Castor powder in the hot milk stir till well combined proper by that time you turned the cooker off till it become thick and smooth your castored mil is ready.

Serve with tour roasted potatoes, kachumbari ans fried beef
