Aloo stuffed mint paratha

Grind the ingredients listed for mint paste into smooth paste by adding little water

Take wheat flour in a bowl add the mint paste and then knead a soft dough by adding water as per the requirement

Mash the boiled potatoes then add cumin seeds, chilly powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix it well

Now make small size balls and dust the rolling board with dry flour and then roll one ball into small disc keep the aloo mix in the center and then roll them into a ball.

Now roll the ball into a thick round disc. Heat tawa in a medium flame and once the paratha cooked down side add little bit oil and flip it and cook both the sides well.

Serve it with your favourite side dish.
