Wash mint leaves and blend it to fine paste add 1 or 2 spoons of water if required

Collect all ingredients

Take flour in a bowl add salt and butter rub ii with your fingers add cheese and mix it well with flour

Now add mint pure and make dough

Cover it and rest it for 1o minutes

Heat the oil

On rolling board take some portion roll it and cut them in diamond shape

Deep fry them on medium high heat till golden in colour

Take out let them cool and store it in air tight container

You can bake them you can give shape of your choice you can use spinach puree and coriander mint mix pure too
