Steps

Take a mixing bowl add suji,curd, salt and combine well without forming any lumps.

Allow to rest 20 minutes.

Add water prepare idli batter consistancy.

Just before steaming the idli add baking soda and mix gently.

Pour the batter immediately on to greasedvidlu plate.

Steam them on medium flame for 15 minute.
- 7
Finally serve soft suji rava idli along with chutney.
