Ingredients

  1. 1Saba fillet (Spanish Mackerel fillet)
  2. 2 tbspSugar
  3. 2 tbspMiso
  4. 2 tbspJapanese cooking wine(Sake)
  5. 2 tbspWater
  6. 3sliced Ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Put the Sugar, Miso, Japanese cooking wine (Sake) and water in a heat resister plate. And mix it well. Put the sliced Ginger in the heat resister plate.

    Make a notch along the spine side of Saba. Cut it half size. Put it on the heat resister plate with the skin on top. Sprinkle the miso sauce with a spoon.

    Covered the heat resister plate with wrap and heat it for 5 minuet with 500W microwave.

    Sprinkle the miso sauce with a spoon again. Done.
