Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 排骨 Pork ribs (300g)
  2. 玉米 Sweet corn (1)
  3. 印度长米 Basmati rice (1 cup)
  4. 豆豉 Fermented black bean (1 tablespoon)
  5. 酱清 Light soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  6. 蚝油 Oyster sauce (1 teaspoon)
  7. 胡椒粉 Pepper powder
  8. 蒜米 Minced garlic (1 teaspoon)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    用豆豉,酱清,蚝油,胡椒粉和蒜米腌排骨5-10分钟 Marinate pork ribs with fermented black bean, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder and minced garlic for 5-10mins

    把腌好的排骨和长米一起在饭锅煮 Cook rice together with the marinated pork ribs

  3. 3

    蒸玉米粒 Steam sweet corn kernel

  4. 4

    把蒸好的玉米粒铺上煮好的排骨饭 Put sweet corn kernel on the pork ribs rice
